The standard turnaround time on most jobs is one or two working days, depending on the complexity of the project. Expected completion of a project on a specific date (and/or at a specific time) must be discussed when the job is awarded to us. Timing for completion of a project is based on final proof approval (not
when initial files are sent) since proofs can be out for days – unnecessarily holding up production, or there may be additional revisions/proofs required.
Delivery: Delivery is by “end of business day” unless a specific time or service is requested in advance. There is no additional cost for local deliveries (to the 19460 area); however, deliveries to distances greater than 20 miles from our location will be charged additionally, per job.
Shipping: We have accounts with both UPS and FedEx and can ship under either our account number, or your account number. Prices are based on weight, service type and distance from PCG (zip code 19460). We will also “blind” ship materials (using supplied contact information as the Ship From reference) if requested in advance. Confirming e-mails, for both shipping and delivery, will also be generated when shipments are processed – to confirm tracking information.
Customer Pick Up: Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you need to pick up your job before or after normal business hours, just contact us and we will do our best to come in early or stay late for you.
